Personal Story
From a small town in Isabela to chasing big dreams — this is my story, written in my own words.
I was born on February 4, 2006. My name was inspired by a TV show featuring actor Lee Min-ho in a Korean drama series. I live in San Roque, Burgos, Isabela, and I have 12 siblings — I am the youngest.
My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. Life was hard back then, but because my parents never gave up hope and my older brothers and sisters sacrificed their academics, 5 of my siblings finished their studies. I am the only child still studying.
When I was a kid, I was very playful — I would grab anything, even if it didn't belong to me, especially coffee. I really loved coffee back then. When I started school, I was at the top of my class from Grade 1 to 4, until my nephew came to town. But this is my story — I should be the main character here.
During kindergarten, we went to Ilagan to visit my sister. That's where I met my first crush. I even bragged about it to my father, and everyone laughed — because the girl I liked was the sister of my brother-in-law. I was so embarrassed that day, and since then we never really talked again.
High school was good — not much stress, just chilling, falling in love again but never taking the risk of confessing. At Grade 8, I met who is now my girlfriend today, though I didn't recognize how special she was back then. Still, she was my best girl friend that year.
High school life was fun, until the pandemic came and we never saw each other again. After 3 years and 2 months, life came back to normal — and I was graduating. A new chapter waiting to begin.
